Sarah Daly, Solicitor
Sarah began her legal career volunteering with the Free Legal Advice Centre and her commitment and ability has been recognised as she was awarded the FLAC Golden Pin Award for her long and valuable service with that organisation. During her training she was an active member of the Law Society Street Law programme, this initiative began in Georgetown University in 1972 to teach secondary school students about law and the legal system. Sarah has brought the benefit of that scheme to our clients by contributing to our Transition Year initiative with her Introduction to Law programme.
Sarah’s patient, pleasant manner and attention to detail are qualities her clients appreciate particularly as she develops her private client practice. Her particular interests lie in the areas of Family Law, Conveyancing, Wills and Probate. She recognises that anyone who requires the services of a Solicitor through what can be difficult times requires professionalism, expertise and compassion.
Graduating from UCD with a Master of Arts Sarah also holds a Diploma in Mediation and Conciliation. She encourages a solution based approach to her work and is forward thinking in promoting alternative dispute resolution as a way to minimise conflict where possible.
A lot of Sarah’s free time is spent on her volunteering work but when she is not immersed in the law and giving freely of her advice and opinion she enjoys hill walking in her home County, the Garden of Ireland.
