How Much Are Conveyancing Fees?
We offer a flat fee of €1,200 plus VAT on house purchases and sales. Our fees are not based on the purchase price or sale price of the property.
You must also take into consideration the outlay that is incurred in addition to the conveyancing fee. The following are examples of outlay that can be incurred:
